Main Features
 All steel construction, and designed specifically for arduous battery storage & changing.
Baked on acid resistant epoxy finish.  Unique simple bolt down locking track /guide rail.  Automatically positions & secures beds.
1.
A choice of charger shelf / supports -
a.
Unistrut steel supports for keeping cables safe with fixing rail for charger connectors where chargers are wall or floor mounted behind battery bed.
b.
Folded 3 mm steel charger shelf above the battery for heavy stand alone chargers.
c.
Steel frame for hanging high frequency chargers  that need cooling space.
d.
Or simple bed with  no shelf or support.

Save space and give safe & easy access to chargers & connectors.

Spring loaded steel rollers for secure and easy replacement.  Std rollout heights as low as 135 mm upwards.
4.
Ample roller height adjustment, to allow for lift truck tyre wear.
5.
Battery dividers, guides and stops, can also be fitted for accuracy & reducing damage.
6.
Modular design allows retro fit of all components.
7.
The beds are manufactured with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 battery slots depending on the battery width.
Standardised battery beds make it a simple matter when choosing the correct battery changing equipment. Replacement Parts also become easier to define once beds are standardised
