Free roaming and stabilised - Large 175mm dia stabilising wheels.
Height adjustable battery catch prevents dynamic movement of battery when stopping.
Nominal capacity 1000kg. Handles batteries up to 500mm wide x 1200mm long
Heavy duty 63mm dia spring loaded steel rollers, large durable & easy to replace if required.
Rollers set below frame, the frame acts as a guide for the battery and stops it stop skewing.
Handles for support when pushing or pulling battery on or off the unit.

The MCC Elevating Change Cart can accommodate a range of trucks with differing battery roll out heights; This reduces time, damage and accidents.

Pull the fully charged battery onto the track mounted MCC Change Cart.

Align spare slot on MCC Change Cart with truck battery & pull the used battery into spare slot on MCC Change Cart

Align the fresh battery with the truck battery compartment and push battery into the waiting truck..

Now align discharged battery with vacated slot & push into rack for charging.
