Recommended Method for Manual Battery Handling

( Where batteries are light enough for pushing & pulling manually)

 

 

1.  Pull the fully  charged battery onto the track mounted MCC Change Cart.      2. Align spare slot on MCC with truck battery & pull used battery into spare slot on MCC Change Cart

 

3.  Align the fresh battery with the truck battery compartment and push battery into the waiting truck.  4.  Now align discharged battery with vacated slot & push into rack for charging.

 

5.  Alternatively the MCC can be used in between truck & battery beds.

The MCC Elevating Change Cart can accommodate a range of trucks with differing battery roll out heights; This reduces time, damage and accidents.

The two batteries are swapped on the Elevating MCC Change Cart eliminating the need for spare slots in the main battery rack.
