Once the beds are aligned, the batteries can be easily placed or removed using a Powered Batri-Shifta or Manual Change Cart. Moving along the front of the beds for accurate placement of the battery from the bed to the truck and vice versa. |

Unique simple bolt down locking track /guide rail. Automatically positions & secures beds
A choice of charger shelf / supports -
1. Unistrut steel supports for keeping cables safe with fixing rail for charger connectors where chargers are wall or floor mounted behind battery bed.
2. Folded 3mm steel charger shelf above the battery for heavy stand alone chargers.
3. Steel frame for hanging high frequency chargers that need cooling space,
4. Save space and give safe & easy access to chargers & connectors.
Spring loaded steel rollers for secure and easy replacement. Std rollout heights as low as 135mm upwards.
Ample roller height adjustment, to allow for lift truck tyre wear.
Battery dividers, guides and stops, can also be fitted for accuracy & reducing damage.
Modular Design allows retro fit of all components.
The beds are manufactured with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 battery slots depending on the battery width, up to a maximum overall bed width of 2400mm |

Standard battery beds make it a simple matter when choosing the correct battery changing equipment.
Such as the Batri-Shifta Powered Attachment, or the MCC manual change cart.
Replacement Parts also become easier to define once beds are standardised |

The track is secured to the floor using one ground bolt per meter.
Thus preserving the integrity of the concrete floor.
Each bed then sits on the track securely.
The track also enables additional beds to be accurately placed alongside each other as shown opposite. |
